All the prices specified for the CocoaTown equipment are F.O.B. Atlanta warehouse.
Please contact us for a shipping quote on the equipment you are interested in.
Normally, we ship the orders in 4 to 10 working days. If customer needs the order to be processed urgently, please contact Cocoatown at info@cocoatown.com
Small scale equipment are delivered to the door for delivery around the world. For USA delivery, we normally ship by ground service. For outside USA delivery, we normally use International economy service. If customer wants expedited service, we can send special shipping quote. For International deliveries, customer pays for duties and taxes, if any, to the shipping company directly.
Commercial equipment are shipped as LTL shipments due to their size and weight. Commercial equipment are delivered to the door for shipping addresses in USA or Canada. For deliveries outside USA or Canada, the LTL shipments are delivered to the nearest International airport or the seaport depending on customer’s shipping choice.
Customers can choose to get the items through our shipping carrier or through their own shipping carries. Our handling charges are $5 per box for spare parts, $25 per box for small equipment, $100 per pallet for LTL shipments, when the customer chooses their own shipping carrier.

If shipped using customer’s shipping carrier: We recommend that the customers use their choice of shipping company for transportation. We charge $100 per pallet for handling charges. We will notify you as soon as the pallet is ready to be picked up. The shipment can be picked up from our warehouse location during business hours (Monday – Friday: 10 am – 5.00 pm). The customer / shipping company provides us all necessary paper work. CocoaTown is not responsible for damages occurring during transit and / or by mishandling. We encourage the customers to insure the package against any shipping damages.
If shipped using CocoaTown’s preferred shipping carrier: If the customer wants us to ship the appliances with our preferred shipping company, we can help you. We palletize and insure the appliances for any transit damages. Shipping rates vary by the zip code and by the delivery location – residential or commercial address. Please email us the complete shipping address to get a quote on the S&H charges. Additional charges are $75 for residential delivery, and $75 for inside delivery. Shipping company does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. We ship after getting 100% payment.
Address Correction: Please check your order for typos & mistakes. If the delivery address is enteredwrong, it will delay the delivery and cost you additional charges.
For the LTL shipments, the address corrections charges vary and are calculated by the shipping company on case by case basis and customer should pay the additional cost to CocoaTown.
For Melangers and small scale appliances shipped via UPS, there is $15 charge for address correction per box as long as the package is delivered in the same zip code. If the package needs to be shipped to a different city or different zone, additional charges apply.
Shipping outside USA – small scale equipment: For deliveries outside USA, contact us to get a quote for C.I.F. (Cost, Insurance, Freight) charges. Make sure you indicate the voltage requirement for these units at the time of your order. The customer pays for duties and taxes, if any, to the shipping company directly.
We use UPS or USPS for shipping melangers outside USA depending on which carrier saves money for the customers.
Shipping outside USA – commercial scale equipment: The Grindeurs and other commercial equipment are shipped as LTL shipments for locations outside USA. LTL shipments to Canada or Mexico are delivered to the shipping address. LTL shipments to countries other than North American dstination, are shipped to a nearest port of the shipping address. The customer is responsible for clearing customs and transporting it to their location. The transit time varies with location. For locations near India or USA, the transit time is much shorter.
