Description

Chococleaner helps to remove the chocolate liquor stuck to the roller stones – saves chocolate and saves cleaning time and energy. Once the grinding is done, Remove the drum assembly from the melanger. Remove the roller stones with chocolate from the drum.  Place the chococleaner on top of the drum. Then place the roller stone assembly on top of the chococleaner. Rotate the roller stones and all the chocolate liquor drips into the stainless steel vessel.  Clean the sides of the roller stones using a spatula.

Chococleaner can be used with any model melanger – ECGC-12SL, ECGC-12SLTA or ECGC-12SQSS models. Chococleaner can be used to scrap nut butters, tahini or any other product that is ground in the CocoaT 12 series table top melangers.

Chococleaner is a boon for people especially with arthritis or other conditions that make it painful to lift the heavy stones and clean the ground material attached to the stones.
